Based on its belief in the prospect potential of the tourism sector in Lebanon, Malia Real Estate Development sal has had partnerships with selective prominent investors, seeking to fulfill the purpose of establishing a unique one million s.q.m tourist resort project in the region of Enfeh (North of Lebanon). A series of "elite" 5 stars hotels in addition to restaurants and bungalows will be established to form one of the largest tourist compounds in the Levant Area, in which all kinds of leisure and sport activities will be available to targeted regional and international clientele. The project surrounds a prestigious historical monastery on one of the finest beaches of the Lebanese coast.

The Natour Development sal, Presided by Mr. Jacques J. Sarraf, will conduct the operational side of the project, and is currently in the process of inviting foreign and internationally re-known city planners to prepare the feasibility studies. Implementation and Execution have started in June 2003 and are projected to be operational in August 2005.
