joining Malia Group, the employee training and
development needs are evaluated and an individual
training & development plan is set.
At that stage, we design an induction period training
plan; the objective being the integration of a
newly recruited employee the fastest way possible
through a very specific coaching and mentoring
program. Later on and annually, during the performance
appraisal meetings, we identify the training and
development needs of every employee and the human
resources department handles the planning of in-house
and external training activities responding to
these needs.
