The main role of Malitab is to ensure the availability and the visibility of all BAT products and their display in the Lebanese market.
For this purpose, 22 Trademarketing representatives reporting to 4 Area Managers, as well as a Promotional Department and a General Manager are operating in all the Lebanese Territory through one main office situated in Ashrafieh and 3 remote offices situated in the North, Bekaa and South of Lebanon in order to cover the weighted outlets in Lebanon.

Malitab is responsible for developing and executing an area/Channel trade marketing plan for BAT brands. The target is to achieve volume, merchandising, distribution & promotion objectives through the execution of essential Trade Marketing activities with optimum utilization of budgets and resources. The weighted outlets available in Lebanon are classified following precise criteria, such as volume, quality, channel, authority and consumer profile. These outlets are visited by the TMRs following a journey cycle, territory splits, and the reporting is made on a daily distribution plan.
